Following the buzz around the Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra, a fresh leak has shed light on the specs of the upcoming Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. The details not only highlight the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro but also provide a comprehensive look at the Galaxy Buds 3.

These new wireless earbuds are anticipated to be unveiled at Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event slated for July 2024.

Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Specs Introduce ‘Blade Lights’

According to a new report from Android Headlines, both the Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro will feature significant upgrades. These include an IP57 rating, which improves upon the Galaxy Buds 2’s IPX2 rating and the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro’s IPX7 rating, indicating enhanced dust resistance.

The Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro will be available in Silver and White. The standard Galaxy Buds 3 will sport a single-driver audio setup, while the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro will boast a dual-driver system. Both models will support a Hi-Res audio codec, allowing 24-bit 96KHz audio transmission. Additionally, they will feature ANC and Adaptive EQ, with the Pro version also offering Adaptive ANC and Ambient Sound features.

The Unique ‘Blade Lights’ Feature

A standout feature of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro is the ‘Blade Lights.’ While a previous report suggested that the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro might adopt a stem design similar to the AirPods Pro, it remains unclear if ‘Blade Lights’ refers to LED lights on the stem. Both earbuds will include 360 Audio (Spatial Audio), Bluetooth 5.4, Buds Auto Switch, and integration with SmartThings Find.

Battery Life and Additional Features

The report also provides details on battery life. The Galaxy Buds 3 are expected to deliver 6 hours of playback (5 hours with ANC enabled) on a single charge, with a total of 24 hours including the charging case. The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, on the other hand, are reported to offer up to 7 hours of playback (6 hours with ANC enabled) and up to 30 hours of battery life with the case.

Conclusion

With features like the intriguing ‘Blade Lights,’ enhanced audio quality, and improved battery life, the Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are shaping up to be exciting additions to Samsung’s lineup. Stay tuned for their official announcement at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event.
