Today in this post we would compare two best Windows Phone of different brands. In our one side we have Samsung Omnia W windows phone and on other side we have Nokia Lumia 710 same Windows phone. Samsung’s latest Windows Phone device is packed with 1.4 GHz Processor and comes with a 3.7-inch WVGA(800X480 pixels ) Super AMOLED display on other hand we have Nokia Lumia 710, this phone is packed with 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon Scorpion CPU and 3.7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) ClearBlack TFT display with Gorilla Glass. Hardware:
Samsung Omnia W has got 1.4 Ghz Scorpion Processor where as Nokia Lumia 710 has same 1.4 Ghz Scorpion Processor. Same processors, same chipset and GPU were in both of these phones. Same things, sadly, cannot be compared and that is the reason because of which I have to call this one-off as a draw.
Both phones are powered with Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS.
Display:
The Nokia Lumia 710 comes with 3.7-inch Multitouch Clear Black display with Corning Gorilla Glass and a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The Samsung Omnia W features 3.7-inches Super AMOLED capacitive touch screen with a resolution 480 x 800 pixels and 16M Colors. Both Devices are features version sensors like Accelerometer, gyro, proximity and digital compass.
Camera:
Both Devices are 5 megapixel camera with auto focus, LED flash, Geo-tagging and face detection along with Both Smartphone are record 720p HD video recording @ 30 fps. The Samsung Omnia W comes with front-facing VGA camera for video calling but Lumia 710 lack Front-Facing camera.
Memory:
Samsung Omnia W has got 8 GB internal storage, 512 MB RAM, no card slot where as here same Nokia Lumia 710 has got 8 GB internal storage, 512 MB RAM, no card slot.
I am thinking the memory round does not bring any huge change in this comparison and will conclude as another draw.
Price:
Nokia Lumia 710 will cost around Price Rs. 17990/$387.9 and Samsung Omnia W will cost around Price Rs. 18000/$388.11.
